We understand that giving up your cat is a difficult decision. To submit a request to surrender your cat, please complete and submit the application below with as much detail as possible.
Please note that we are not able to take in every animal that we receive a surrender request for and that submitting a request does not guarantee that we can take your cat. We recommend that you contact other rescues as well in your area. We will confirm with you directly and must receive photos and your cat's vet records.
